A) Troll everyone and say rap is retards attempting poetry...

B) Not be a douche.

Okay, I'm gonna go with B. I like Jay Z, Wale, pretty much the mainstream crap. I iz into the post-hardcore, deathcore, metal etc.

Any suggestions for me?

Nah, I respect it a little bit, but really don't classify it as music. They aren't even singing, and there isn't any real melody, so I don't listen to it a lot.

Yea I know. I'm too lazy to search for stuff I don't hear on the radio/tv shows/movies  :P

Got tons of songs from like tons of other artists and sources, but these are just the names I have more than 3-4 songs of.

I like weird stuff, like Polyphonic Spree and Arcade Fire... bands with a harp , a choir and (in Arcade Fires case) a "Crash Helmet Cymbal" are awesome in my book :P

Also, things like Ben Folds, Regina Spektor, The Dresden Dolls all rock...

And then too many to list, from the likes of Blur, Manic Street Preachers, Placebo to SOAD and Marilyn Manson and NIN
