Wrestling Havoc Terms of Use Policy and Disclaimer
1. INTRODUCTION
Our Terms of Use Policy (“TOS”) explains the rules and guidelines (“RULES”) all guests and registered members (“VISITORS”) must abide by when visiting or using web site(s) or products and services (“SERVICES”) owned, operated, or managed by Wrestling Havoc. By implementing and enforcing these RULES we aim to provide high quality SERVICES for all VISITORS. For clarification the term “Wrestling Havoc” will only be defined as “individuals and/or companies that are employed or managed by, or that officially represent WrestlingHavoc.com”
2. DISCLAIMER
While the main SERVICES we offer revolve around the Wrestling Game Playing, Wrestling Havoc in no way determines, influences, or in any other way controls anything else.
3. REFUNDS/CHARGEBACKS/CHARGES
No refunds will be given for any reason. By purchasing our membership, you understand what we do and how it is done. You received free time to test and know what you were buying before you donated.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Any VISITORS found in violation this TOS may have their access to SERVICES suspended or terminated. In extreme cases, at our sole discretion, legal action may be taken against specific VISITORS and/or companies that VISITORS officially represent. We may also warn VISITORS and remove or edit content that violates this TOS. Following are items which violate our TOS:
Illegal Use – Using SERVICES to transmit any material via e-mail, uploading, posting, or in any other method of communication (“TRANSMIT”) that in any way violates local, state, national or international laws, rules, or regulations.
Harm – Using SERVICES to harm, or in any way attempt to harm another person.
Threats – Using SERVICES to TRANSMIT any material that threatens or encourages in any way bodily harm or destruction of property.
Harassment – Using SERVICES to TRANSMIT any material that harasses any person.
Fraudulent Activities – Using SERVICES to make fraudulent offers to buy or sell products, items or services, or to advance any type of financial scam.
Forgery or Impersonation – Adding, removing or modifying identifying information (HTTP headers, browser information, IP address [spoofing], or any other information which may identify where you are “coming from”) (“MOD-INFO”) in an attempt to deceive or mislead Wrestling Havoc is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by MOD-INFO is prohibited. The use of anonymous re-mailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.
Unsolicited E-Mail – Using SERVICES to TRANSMIT unsolicited advertisements, e-mail, or any unsolicited message (“SPAM”). Using SERVICES to collect information (e-mail addresses, URLs, etc.) which have the affect of facilitating SPAM.
Unauthorized Access – Using, or attempting to use SERVICES to access, defeat, or attempt to defeat security measures in place on our, or any other entities computer software, hardware, electronic communications, or telecommunications system.
Personal Data – Using SERVICES to collect or attempt to collect personally identifiable information about another person or third party without their knowledge or consent.
Reselling – Reselling SERVICES without prior authorization from Wrestling Havoc prohibited.
Network Disruptions – Using SERVICES for any activity which disrupts SERVICES or VISITORS access to SERVICES. Any activities which may cause network disruption (including Denial of Service attacks, password cracking attempts, port scanning, or excess packeting) against our server or other hosts/nodes on another network is prohibited. It is VISITORS responsibility to ensure their network is configured in a secure manner. VISITORS may not permit their network to be used for illegal, inappropriate, or disruptive actions.
Forums – VISITORS should use best judgment when posting comments to SERVICES, especially the Wrestling Havoc Forums. VISITORS must read and comply with the rules in place at the time they post. Forum rules can be found within every category in the Wrestling Havoc Forums.
Multiple Logins – VISITORS using personal accounts for high-volume or commercial use is prohibited. Sharing account information is strictly forbidden. Wrestling Havoc actively monitors all accounts for this activity.
All content in SERVICES, with the exception of VISITORS comments in the Wrestling Havoc Forums, is owned and copyrighted by WrestlingHavoc.com. Copying of our copyrighted content for any use, without prior express consent is prohibited.
In the event of horrific earthquake, big bad tsunami, evil locust storm, or other bizaar act of god, Wrestling Havoc shall reserve the right to discontinue SERVICES without notice. With any kind of luck this will never happen. We’ve been kickin’ it since 1999.
5. REPORTING TOS VIOLATIONS
Wrestling Havoc will do its best to make sure all VISITORS comply with this TOS, however if you believe there is a violation of this TOS, please send as much of the following information to staff [at] WrestlingHavoc.com:
* As much pertinent information (URL, location on site, etc.) as possible regarding the alleged violation.
* The date and time (in GMT, or specify time zone) of the alleged violation.
* Evidence of violation (please site in e-mail what content you believe to be in violation)
When Wrestling Havoc receives notice of a violation of this TOS appropriate action will be made to correct violating content.

This Web site may contain links to other Internet Web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that WrestlingHavoc.com is not responsible or liable in any way for (i) the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources, or (ii) the content, advertising, or products on or available from such sites or resources. The inclusion of any link on our Website does not imply that WrestlingHavoc.com endorses any of the linked sites. You use the links at your own risk.
7. CHEATING
You agree to use the WrestlingHavoc.com website in a manner that is consistent with the expressed wishes of the owners of WrestlingHavoc.com and the Terms of Use herein. Any attempt to cheat, gain multiple accounts through illicit means will result in immediate termination of all accounts you have opened, and may result in a ban of the IP address used to open said accounts. Cheating includes, but is not limited to: using automated account creation or log-in tools (i.e. "bots"), exploiting a bug or loop-hole without bringing it to the attention of WrestlingHavoc.com administrators or attempting to hack into any WrestlingHavoc.com server.
You agree that the interpretation of the word "cheating" is entirely up to the administrators of WrestlingHavoc.com and may change at any time, in order to improve the experience of all users.
8. REVISIONS TO THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Wrestling Havoc reserves the right to, at any time, revise, amend, or modify this TOS our other policies and agreements. Notice of any revisions, amendments, or modifications will be posted.
Members of this service must agree to the above general terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions governing the specific products utilized by the member, in order to use the WrestlingHavoc.com website.
